The television monitoring system is an important component of the security and prevention technology system. It is an advanced and highly capable comprehensive system that can directly observe the situation of the monitored area through remote control cameras and their auxiliary equipment (pan tilt zoom, lenses, etc.); At the same time, it can record all or part of the images and sounds of the monitored area, providing convenient conditions and important basis for handling certain events in the future. At the same time, the television monitoring system can also be linked with other security technology prevention systems such as anti-theft alarms, making the prevention capability more powerful. The equipment, devices, and systems composed of security and prevention technology can quickly respond to intruders, detect and capture criminals in a timely manner, and have a strong deterrent effect on criminals. And security prevention technology can timely detect hidden dangers of accidents, prevent damage, reduce accidents, and prevent fires, so it is an important preventive measure in public security work. Criminals happen to take advantage of this environment to infiltrate hotels and guesthouses, waiting for opportunities to commit crimes, directly affecting the personal and property safety of guests and the reputation of hotels and guesthouses; The finance department, front desk, and other areas are the main places for cash turnover, and establishing a security prevention system that combines television monitoring, alarm, and communication is an effective means of security; At the same time, installing a fire prevention and alarm system can extinguish fires in a timely manner at the nascent stage to avoid major fire accidents. 3、 System Design The TV monitoring alarm system consists of a camera part (sometimes with a microphone or alarm detector), a transmission part, a control part, and a display and recording part. Each section contains more specific equipment or components. 1. Camera part The camera part is the forefront of the television monitoring system and the "eyes" of the entire system. It is arranged at a certain position in the monitored area, so that its field of view can cover all parts of the monitored area. Sometimes, when the monitored area is large, in order to save the number of cameras used, simplify the transmission system and control and display system, an electric (remote-controlled) variable focal length (zoom) lens is installed on the camera, so that the camera can observe farther and clearer distances. At the same time, the camera is also installed on an electric gimbal, which can be controlled by a controller to drive the gimbal to rotate horizontally and vertically, thereby allowing the camera to cover a larger angle and area. In short, the camera is like the eyes of the entire system, converting the content it monitors into image signals and transmitting them to the control monitor. 2. Transmission section The transmission part is the channel for system image signals, sound signals, control signals, etc. At present, most television monitoring systems use video baseband transmission. If the camera distance control is too far, RF transmission or fiber optic transmission can also be used. Generally, hotels require a relatively short transmission distance and can use baseband transmission, which is a 75 ohm video coaxial cable. The transmission of image signals requires that after the image signal passes through the transmission system, there should be no significant noise or distortion (neither the chromaticity signal nor the brightness signal should have significant distortion), ensuring that the clarity and grayscale of the original image signal (output from the camera) do not significantly decrease. 3. Control section The control part is the "heart" and "brain" of the entire system, and it is the command that realizes the functions of the entire system. The control part is mainly composed of the main console (some systems also have auxiliary consoles). The main functions of the main console include: video signal amplification and distribution, image signal correction and compensation, image signal switching, image signal recording, etc; Remote control of cameras, electric zoom lenses, gimbals, etc. to achieve comprehensive and detailed monitoring or tracking of the monitored area; Perform functions such as deploying and disarming system defense zones. When there is illegal intrusion in the front-end defense zone, the alarm signal is transmitted to the main control console, which can display the alarm defense zone, linked alarm signals, flashing lights, front-end lights, video recorders and other equipment. The main principles followed when grouping and controlling consoles are as follows: Select the number of input channels for the video switcher based on the number of cameras in the system. The number of input channels for a video switcher should generally be greater than the number of cameras, in order to leave room for future expansion. Select the number of video recorders based on the risk level prevented by the system and the number of critical locations in the area. When continuous recording is required, the "long delay recorder" should be selected When there are many cameras in the entire system, a "multi image splitter" can be considered. The "multi screen splitter" has four divisions, nine divisions, sixteen divisions, and so on. According to the requirements of system control, consider whether to set up sub consoles outside the main console. Consider the power supply settings based on the requirements of the entire system's power supply. When the system has multiple long-distance signal transmissions, it should also consider whether demodulation devices (corresponding to fiber optic transmission or RF transmission), compensation devices (corresponding to video transmission), restoration devices (corresponding to balanced video transmission), and remote switching controller devices (corresponding to remote switching methods for video transmission) should be added to the console based on the long-distance signal transmission methods (video transmission, fiber optic transmission, RF balanced transmission, etc.). 4、 Display and recording section The display and recording section consists of several or more monitors, long delay video recorders, and other equipment. In television monitoring systems, especially those composed of multiple cameras, it is generally not one monitor that corresponds to one camera for display. Instead, the image signals sent by several cameras are synthesized and displayed on one monitor through a screen splitter. That is, on a larger screen monitor, the screen is divided into several small screens of equal area (four screens, nine screens, sixteen screens), and each small screen displays an image sent by one camera. Then, several images are recorded by a long delay video recorder (a 180 minute recording tape can record 24 hours of image signals) for later reference. The hard disk recorder integrates matrix and multi screen processor switching, achieving comprehensive on-site monitoring of images and continuous recording of all images. It has a large storage capacity, long time, easy access to recorded data, and convenient storage. Therefore, if conditions permit, it is recommended to use digital video recording.
